Job Requirements: Management Skills
Maintaining and initiating relationships with clients
Work directly with production personnel
Experience working with insurance claims
Manage the daily business activities with office staff and associates
Experience estimating property damages and project management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi task
Have flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend hours when needed
Ability to execute paperwork and maintain records
Possess a valid NJ Drivers License
Qualifications: MUST HAVE IICRC Certifications for Water and Mold
Must have management experience in the emergency service mitigation industry
Bilingual a plus
Must have a clean driving record
Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen and physical
