About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to oversee daily home operations and provide direct support to the homeowner. This position requires a self-starter who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently—from scheduling and errands to household upkeep and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing household schedules, appointments, and errands
Overseeing cleaning, laundry, and organization of the home
Handling grocery shopping, meal prep coordination, and supplies inventory
Coordinating maintenance or service providers (plumber, electrician, landscaper, etc.)
Assisting with travel arrangements and property management needs
Receiving deliveries and ensuring the home remains tidy and well-maintained
Occasional pet care or event/guest preparation
Discretion and professionalism in all matters
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Dependable, trustworthy, and proactive
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing
Prior experience as a personal assistant, house manager, or executive assistant preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule:
3 - 4 Days Per Week
