Temporary - possibly move to part time/full time position. Must be computer proficient. Previous real estate experience is desired. Prior MLS usage highly desired. Position entails everything from opening new assignments, scheduling, form filling the appraisal software is the main job, calling on realtors to verify information is the 2nd most important task. Easy job but MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED - this is a numbers position and the figures must be accurate. If you can understand the writing on this work sheet and believe that you can drawn that house with our super easy to use software that's a big part of the job.
Will train the right individual. Hours are dependent to the work load. The office is on White Horse Pike in Haddon Heights. Hours are any time you want between 8-4 daily. If you are a realtor looking for some easy side cash this is ideal for you! Mom with school age kids works too!
