Perform quantity take-off of general trades utilizing PlanSwift onscreen take-off to measure scaled drawings of walls, ceilings, doors, frames, casework, trim, siding, windows, trim, stairs, and some mechanical and structural building components. Extend quantity take-off to Sage 100 Contractor Estimating Software to finalize costs and prepare cost proposals.
Skills and experience sought:
⢠Basic understanding of construction drawings
⢠Good communication and math skills
⢠Advanced computer skills, windows, internet, and business applications.
