Luxury travel team in need of detail-oriented, self-motivated support staff. Duties include composing and reviewing itineraries, facilitating concierge requests, setting reminders for payments, insurance and VIP preferences. Prior customer service experience preferred. College education required. Courteous professionalism is a must.
The ideal candidate is a smart, super-organized, intuitive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. Candidate will provide day-to-day support for travel designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive tasks from travel consultants
Correspond with suppliers (hotels, operators & independent guides) to coordinate bespoke travel arrangements¨
Handle concierge requests including dining, entertainment, and ground transportation
Learn and utilizing our industry tools to assemble and create documents
Destination research¨
Work in conjunction with team-members for seamless execution¨
