The Club at Main Street, an upscale 240 unit garden style apartment community in Voorhees, NJ is hiring a Leasing/Resident Representative to join our on site management team.
Job Information and Requirements:
Full time position with benefits.
Previous experience in the service, sales or apartment industry is preferred.
High school education or equivalent is required.
Must be willing to work Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leasing of vacant apartments and managing the application process for prospective residents.
Work with the Property Manager to handle routine management activities for the property.
Coordinate communication between staff, residents and outside vendors.
Maintain and organize resident information and records.
Skills and Qualification Requirements:
Organized, service oriented person with administrative skills.
Work as part of a team to accomplish goals with co-workers.
Experience with computers including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and relevant Property Management Software.
Ability to work effectively while prioritizing multiple tasks
Ability to make independent decisions when required.
Logically analyze problems and create the best solution using the information available.
