Looking for a seasoned individual who has property management experience in apt management or condo management. Individual must be able to work independently and be very organized. With training QuickBooks will be the system used for record keeping. Individual will be overseeing the operations of a 278 unit condo community along with 2 maintenance team members. Hours are Mon-Fri 9-6 with an hour for lunch. Salary $40K. No Health benefits available. 2 weeks vacation available in the first year of employment.
