RELOCATION SPECIALIST New Opportunity!

As a Relocation Specialist at Conifer Realty you will:
Be responsible for the coordination of all phases on the on-site and/or off-site temporary relocation of residents during the renovation of their apartments. Relocation involves all aspects of moving a resident from their apartment to a temporary hotel unit, including but not limited to scheduling movers, assisting with packing of resident belongings, and communication with residents. This position will report to the Project Director and be located at Tamarack Station Apartments in Camden, NJ.
As a successful candidate you will have (required skills):
1+ years prior knowledge of and experience in housing relocation, event management and/or case management.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with effective decision-making abilities.
MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective written communications.
Yardi software or other housing industry software programs helpful.
Minimum High School degree or GED equivalent required.
And you are person with interpersonal skills who:
Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationshipsbecoming a positive resource for our residents.
Is enthusiastic, highly motivated with a strong work ethic and has an intense focus on achieving results.
