Summary of Requirements & Responsibilities:
Learn and execute canvassing sales process for Lawn and Pest
Meet or exceed weekly goals
Professional image at all times
Carry proper permits (company provided)
Hours:
Weekday hours - 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturdays (During peak months) - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Typical Physical and Mental Demands
Constant (70%-80% of the time) walking, kneeling, and occasional (30%-40% of the time) driving or office work.
The ability to move freely about the office building and between customer locations
Corrected vision and hearing to within normal range
The ability and stamina to work in the field
Typical Working Conditions
This job requires constant contact with the public and other team members. Work is usually performed outdoors and in/on customer property. It can include exposure to rain, hail, winds, dirt, cement, grass, shrubs, trees, etc. as well as industry products during the normal course of conducting business .
Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
High school degree or equivalent
Clean background and drug screen results
Professional image
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic arithmetic skills
Problem solving and diagnostic skills
Time management and organizational skills
