Job Description:
Crown Trophy of Cherry Hill is now hiring a full time Recognition Specialist / Engraver (Experience Preferred but will train the right person) for the following major functions:
Open and Close Store
Manage end to end work flow inbound order processing, setup, production through customer pickup
Computerized Engraving, trophy, plaque and award assembly
Provide customer-focused service in a professional manner.
Organize inventory, maintain showroom, and production area as needed
Shipping / Receiving
Deal with problems as they occur in a calm and professional manner.
Efficient in all aspects of the business
Manage and implement processes and procedures as required.
Achieve goals, work both as a team member as well as independently to achieve common company goals.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment and meet daily deadlines.
Team player that will go the extra mile.
Self starter and self efficient.
Proficient in WINDOWS Operating System, Microsoft OFFICE, typing(data entry) required.
Quickbooks, Graphic design and the knowledge of Corel Draw, Illustrator, EngraveLab, or similar software is a plus.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds, operate power tools, and take measurements.
Applicants should be dependable, organized and productive, with strong attention to detail.
Salary:
Hourly position based on experience
