About the Job:
We are actively looking for an Inside Sales Represenative for our Newark, NJ location. The successful candidate will research and promote opportunities to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal oriented, and willing to work within a team environment.
This full time position has an excellent starting pay plus commissions. We also offer a great benefits package which includes: medical, dental, vision, paid holiday, vacation, and sick days.
Job Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* 2-3 years experience of customer service and sales.
* Knowledge of auto parts industry is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Strong phone presence and experience with high inbound/outbound call volume.
* Strong computer skills.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening.
