Our client in Vineland is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their sales team as an Inside Sales/Account Manager. Desired candidate must be effective establishing and maintaining relationships to increase sales to targeted clients in order to sell and promote the company's products.
Responsibilities:
-Provide strategy and implement plans to grow profitable sales for both new and existing clients within geographic territory.
-Develop and maintain effective lasting relationships with multiple customer departmental levels (R&D, Purchasing, University Dept. Heads, etc.)
-Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets; operate within expense budget guidelines & policies.
-Provide customer support and product insight for end-users.
Position Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or two-year Associates degree
-Solid interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external communication
-Must have excellent negotiation skills to close sales and meet gross profit targets
-Effective organization, time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
-Proficient computer skills
-Occasional travel to attend trade shows may be a requirement of this position.
