We're currently seeking an in-home sales representative to join our rapidly growing Roofing Division. This position is responsible for selling our roofing product to residential customers. No cold calling or canvassing is required; you will run confirmed, pre-set appointments. Our top consultants have a 55%+ close rate and earn $175,000+ their first year.
Who You Are:
One (1)+ years of in-home sales experience required
Must possess valid NJ drivers license
Must pass a background screening and drug test
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must possess a smart phone
Be highly competitive and a motivated self-starter
A desire to earn a six figure salary
Have high ethical and personal standards; we take our reputation very seriously
Demonstrated ability to develop a rapport with customers; good listening skills
Organized; demonstrated time-management skills
