Mechanic needed to fill position in busy company, flexible hours, nights and weekends are ok.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Regular preventive maintenance and repair work on all types of vehicles and equipment. The successful hiree will be an experienced, well rounded, organized, professional that shows pride in their work. Individual must be a self-starter, and be able to work alone.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years experience as a mechanic. Must be able to do minor welding. Must have experience working on hydraulic pumps and systems. Must be experienced in metalworking, and be able to do some fabrication. Must be able to use the internet to research and order parts. Must be able to keep maintenance logs. Must have vehicle electrical experience, for example, lighting, stereo, trailer wiring, vehicle camera systems, etc., and be able to troubleshoot basic wiring problems and repair them.
LIST OF EQUIPMENT: Kato 30 ton track hoe, Case 590 Backhoe, Cat D6 LGP Dozer, 2003 Mack Granite roll-off truck, septic pumping equipment, Mack sewer jetter/vactor truck, Mitsubishi FE145 plumbing trucks, all kinds of diesel pumps, air compressors, and generators, forestry equipment, farm equipment including tractors, manure spreaders, mowers, and various other implements.
Basically, you need to know how to repair and maintain anything mechanical.
