One of our clients in Financial Services is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to ensure teams' delivery success and transformation process while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. The Scrum Master will facilitate the optimization of team productivity and collaborate with cross-funtional teams.



location: Summit, New Jersey

job type: Contract

salary: $65 - 68 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with a team and run meetings
• Be able to follow-through and drive delivery process
• Able to actively participate in the creation and maintenance of a unified Product/Tech initiative roadmap that aligns with business goals
• Participate with Product, Ops, Design and Tech stakeholders to identify dependencies, craft delivery strategies, and involve customers in early, incremental delivery of consumable solutions
• Supports team's automation (testing, pipelines, deployments)/DevOps journey
• Understand and coach their teams to adopt development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP)

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)

skills:

• Hadoop (3 years of experience is required)
• Python (3 years of experience is required)
