Job Description:
Responsible for evaluating existing group of applications and environment that are not supported anymore
Lead and participate in all aspects of the planning, business process improvement, development and implementation of the replacement of the unsupported group of applications
Define system and application architecture and provides vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving ability to organization
Consult with client to define need or problem, conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes problems to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization
Responsible for reporting on the status of the project
Responsible for managing risks and issues
Responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years
PREFERRED EDUCATION: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study or advanced degree
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of Project Management Book of Knowledge
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
Knowledge managing, and reporting on project scope, schedule and cost
Knowledge Risk and Issues Management
Knowledge of managing projects within IT environments to meet project requirements and lead team(s)
Experience: 2-5 years in managing information technology projects
