We are looking for an Internal Applications Desk Support representative to join our client Global Financial Services Company
  • Position Title: Internal Applications Desk Support Representative
  • Position Location: Union, NJ
  • Position Type: Full-time

Position Responsibilities:
  • Execute Java Projects
  • Co-ordinate with Stake Holders
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Logs/Code Review
  • Understand the trade life cycle and process the trades without any error, within the Turn Around Time
  • Understand the KYC, AML and Due diligence processes thoroughly
  • Ensure trade modules are complete in all respects with regards to Audit trails within the Turn Around Time

Position Qualifications:
  • Graduate : BE/MCA/M.Sc/BSC IT Computers
  • 3- 4 years of work experience in financial services and Support
  • Knowledge of Core Java and any other Programming Language
  • Working Knowledge of Sybase/Any Database
  • Analytical approach towards the process flow
  • Ability to handle trade volumes and train new team members.

Position Goals:
  • Communicate with the Business team and understand specs
  • Provide Timelines and Work with a team and Deliver Projects on Time.
  • Investigate Reason for FP's in the project and work on reducing them with the help of Support team.
  • Write/Understand Database Procedures
  • Bug free Code and Code in accordance with Java Standards
  • Responses in timely manner to Investor & client enquiries
  • Preparing checklist / cheat sheet out of PPM
  • Ensure zero confidentiality breaches
  • Ensure zero operational errors
