Job Description

The

Executive Director of Oncology Professional Relationsis a corporate position responsible for developing strong faculty relationships to convert them to advocates or ambassadors of the MJH oncology business units. This executive is expected to maintain a high level of field activity at oncology conferences, cancer centers of KOL’s, and in social venues to develop advocates of the MJH oncology franchises including OncLive, PER, Targeted Therapies, Giants of Cancer Care, and CURE.

• Successfully develop strong working relationships with 75 new oncology ambassadors. Minimum of 6 Ambassadors calling commercial contacts at Pharmaceutical companies lobbying on our behalf at 3 or more pharma sponsors.
• Demonstrate 25 scenarios, where professional relations contributed to a revenue producing result with the MJH Oncology franchises (i.e. bringing acquisitions to our attention, handling conferences for Cancer Centers, Peer Exchanges, advertising space, PER sponsorships, etc…)
• Help plan and execute 35 internal program/projects by year end. These will include State of Science Summits, KOL engagements, CCC, Ad Boards, Regional Seminars, etc. Assist in cross functional work between our internal team, ambassador(s), and/or the institution to insure a successful event.
• Bring 2 innovative improvements or new concepts to MJH that generate revenue/demonstrate cost savings to be fully demonstrated over the year.
• Advocate for new partnership and secure 10 new SAPs as a result of new ambassadors across the MJH Oncology Franchise.
