Job Description

The Market Research Content team supports the qualitative and quantitative market research function at MMIT. The group ensures the integration of valuable and actionable insights and strategy to facilitate the delivery of the highest quality deliverables to pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy clients.

Position Description


As a Market Research Content Manager, you will oversee the narratives, insights, and strategic recommendations in deliverables for a subset of MMIT’s quantitative and qualitative market research products to answer business questions for pharmaceutical and/or specialty pharmacy clients and to contribute to MMIT’s goal of smoothing access to therapies. The Market Research Content Manager will possess the skills to become an expert in understanding access issues, while having a key voice in the innovation of deliverables.

Translate client needs into survey questions to drive market research findings

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data at a high level to identify strategic insights within and across therapeutic areas

Integrate an insightful and actionable narrative into multiple pharmaceutical client deliverable types across a variety of therapeutic areas

·

Highlight key trends in data and answers to client research goals

·

Review deliverables to ensure narrative accuracy and client readiness

·

Recommend content, deliverable, and process enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top institution and a strong record of academic achievement

· 4 or more years of professional experience in market research, marketing analysis, product management, consulting, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or managed care industry

  • Prior experience with qualitative and quantitative market research content and deliverables (at least one research type required, both preferred)

· Prior experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify strategic insights

  • Prior experience managing research projects/products with proven ability to create value in product offerings and deliverables
  • Prior experience with writing surveys of varying subject matter, question type, and length for multiple stakeholder types
  • Strong detail-orientation, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and perform in a deadline-driven environment
  • Genuine interest in professional growth and development through feedback and commitment to corporate core values
  • Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced writing skills and a strong interest in effective communication all levels of the organization – with client team members, managers, senior executives, and junior staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-orientation
  • Advanced knowledge of managed care/biopharma
  • Prior experience with writing surveys of varying subject matter, question type, and length for multiple stakeholder types
  • Strong skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
