Job Description

The Marketing Specialist supports all North America marketing activities for the Food sector, including campaign development, digital marketing campaign execution, social media content development, etc., and performs various administrative tasks.

• Supports campaign development, including content creation, production schedule, tracking all work order projects from start to finish, communicating effectively to ensure projects to meet the requested deadlines, and gathering approvals along the way.
• Assists with the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns for Food business, including campaign conceptualization, copy writing, material design, email marketing and social media.
• Supports channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social media channels.
• Provides support with the ongoing maintenance and updating of content/information across all channels including website, email, etc.
• Responsible for the ongoing research, facilitation and management of tradeshows and association events, including logistics, planning and reporting.
• Works in partnership with the Global Food team and NAM Food Management team to develop and execute highly converting webinars on a monthly basis, featuring trending industry topics.
• Own and manage the facilitation of all industry associations and publications, ensuring partnerships and co-marketing opportunities are fully utilized.
• Own the data management and input of all Food sales and marketing leads into the CRM.
• Conduct regular reporting based on sales and marketing KPIs, ROI metrics and digital marketing best practices.
• Continually keep project management dashboards with all requests up to date.
• Researches best practices, industry trends and marketing tactics.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities as defined by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, or Business Administration, or in a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position.

• Outlined above education and experience AND
• Digital marketing background
• Graphic design experience

• Certification in Digital Marketing preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or certified in a relevant program (Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
