Key Responsibilities:

• provide PMO support to projects across Scenario Stress Testing area within Risk IT organization
• create, maintain, oversee and track Stress Testing JIRA runbooks and coordinate with all IT and Business stakeholders
• work closely with the project team, senior managers, auditors, stakeholders, IT and other project groups to meet project deliverables
• drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines
• explore different data sets to produce customized reports
• deliver senior-level status reports to the steering committee

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• ideally 2+ years of PMO/PM/IT Support experience, particularly in the Financial Sector and/or IT
• experienced with Agile and relevant tools such as JIRA (2 years), Confluence, Sharepoint, GIT and TeamCity among others.
• familiarity with Banking regulatory framework, audit and reporting standards
• experience working with in-house and vendor software for reporting, audit, procurement, etc
• willingness to grow into a project management role responsible for the success of various multi-million dollar IT projects; includes prioritization, task breakdown, task oversight and blocker resolution
