Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the recruitment lifecycle. This position encompasses strategic research initiatives, the management of recruitment data, and facilitation of candidate engagement processes. Education:

Bachelor’s degree complemented by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

Essential Functions:

Conducting in-depth market research to identify talent pools.

Spearheading candidate sourcing strategies and job postings.

Able to multitask and handle high recruiting volumes of 25-30 requisitions at a time

Use various methods to source candidates for a wide range of positions, both technical and non-technical.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness and a sense of urgency.

Maintaining and updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and EEO compliance reports.

Uphold a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with external organizations and academic institutions.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Coordinating and scheduling both technical assessments and in-person interviews.

Collaborating on the development and refinement of job descriptions.

Ability to generate analytical recruitment reports.

Recruit and maintain Summer Internship Program

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

100% on site, must be regular in attendance.

Flexible in taking on additional duties as assigned.
