Contract Description We currently have a contract opportunity for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - Contractor to lend specific subject matter knowledge around moving applications into ServiceNow. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the client with their workplace transformation program to transition applications currently running on the SharePoint Server 2013 platform to solution platforms within the Microsoft 365 (M365) cloud and other low-code/no-code platforms (including but not limited to ServiceNow)
Help in the decision making process regarding which of the client's applications will be moved into ServiceNow
Put forth an array of rationalizations for why certain applications should be involved in the modernization process within ServiceNow instead of others
Lend architecture-level knowledge and solutions to the engagement team in order to create the overall design of the process and move the process forward
Provide knowledge around, and perform, the testing of these applications once in the ServiceNow tool
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to own and support solution requirements, design, development and testing for all apps targeted to ServiceNow platform
Must have experience in ServiceNow Architecture/Design and Development including ServiceNow Custom Application Development
Need to have previous exposure to the ServiceNow App Engine for integrating applications into ServiceNow, as well as Customer Service Management (CSM) for case handling
Past experience must include ServiceNow-related scripting and application testing within the ServiceNow platform
Certified Application Developer certification via ServiceNow is preferred
