Cash Ops, are to:
Provide subject matter expertise and authoritative functional
leadership to one or more business units, ensuring cost, quality,
process efficiency, accuracy, control and cycle time goals are met
in the administration of the universe of $1 Bio USD annually in
combined commercial rebate and chargeback contracts;
This responsibility includes development and cultivation of key
trade and process partner’s relationships, including with
Bayer’s largest and most important global customers;
Provides operational direction and strategic input to enable a
network of employees, 3rd parties and shared service colleagues to
deliver crucial business results in key subject areas: Pricing
Administration,
Contract Administration, Government Rebates, Chargeback
Administration, Membership Administration and others;
Enables current and future capability to efficiently support
Bayer’s dynamic healthcare portfolio;
Often represents Bayer in internal and external industry and
customer forums as subject matter expert
Serves as an Order to Cash (O2C) functional liaison to
complementary headquarters functions;
Regularly leads and participates as a team member on often
complex process improvement efforts that span multiple business and
functions;
Regularly provides detail and guidance to Business Unit
Controllers and Accounting on Gross-to-Net forecasts and
reserves;
Assess and define areas of technological advancement, including
key trends and metrics;
Select, motivate, develop, lead and manage and ensure success
of direct reports and teams.

values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer
seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
or Masters Degree with 8 years of relevant experience;
Demonstrated progressive leadership/management responsibility,
managing cross-functional teams to get business results;
Must demonstrate proficiency in and have specific knowledge and
experience with US healthcare industry, major customer pricing and
administration, Federal and State Government program
administration;
Must demonstrate proficiency and have specific knowledge and
experience in financial and operational analysis, with at least one
prior successful assignment as a financial, cost or business
analyst, team leader or similar role;
Must demonstrate proficiency in internal control systems and
processes, business analysis, process improvement and core
transactional tools and concepts;
Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver
world class results across a complex network of partners, providers
and stakeholders;
Demonstrated aptitude, experience and presence successfully
presenting and successfully communicating simply and effectively
with senior managers (Directors and above) and external
customers/partners on complex topics of direct import to the
business bottom line;
Demonstrated ability to teach, train and grow capability of
others;
Able to get results in a team or multi-team environment,
leading and influencing across complex organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer significant experience to have been in process and
managerial roles within Top Tier US Healthcare Company;
(Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, Orphan Drug, etc), and managed
heatlhcare in US. Experience writing and administering contracts,
especially within US Healthcare industry strongly preferred.
