  • As the Security Specialist Investigator, you will conduct independent business practices, to include risk assessments and investigations, which directly support the protection of people, property, and information at BMW of North America non-production facilities in the U.S. and Canada. You will steer the implementation of core strategies and policies to meet the investigative needs of the company, and serve as a key resource to security, fire/life safety and site business management. You will perform risk management assessments and ensure compliance with not only company policy, but with local, state, and federal guidelines regarding emergency and security measures.   • The National Quality Assurance Manager is responsible to develop, implement, and optimize all processes for the US RDCs, ConDC, and the DC Hub. They are accountable to meet all defined national Parts Logistics Quality (KPI) /cost targets, ensure training compliance, and achieve the highest level of process evolution, standardization, and integrity within the Parts Logistics network. They will organize, plan, monitor, and provide frequent on-site oversight at all facilities in order to achieve the highest level of performance while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.RDC and Vendor Scope:Ensure all Parts Logistics (PL) facilities operate a safe working environment and are compliant with all BMWNA, Federal, State, and Local policies and regulations.Establish processes that Safeguard all BMW assets, inventory, and personnel.Guide and direct the Quality Managers in all PL facilities.Responsible for managing the PL Quality Program (LEAP), the development and implementation of medium and long-range strategies that focus on improving facility Quality, Process Compliance and Efficiency.Evaluate, develop, and continuously improve the parts flow and processing procedures, etc., at all PL facilities to meet or exceed the quality objectives of all US PL facilities.
