Accounting Principals is hiring a Bookkeeper with great organizational skills for a temp-to-hire job in SE Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time position in the manufacturing industry with a company that finds it important to invest in technology and their employees to ensure continued success.
In this role, you will be responsible for A/P, A/R, and administrative assistant duties. The ideal candidate will enjoy handling a variety of tasks. Pay will be $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
Accounting Responsibilities:
Managing employee files
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
In-house payroll
Generate weekly cash flow reports
Preparing deposits, banking
Budgets/Forecasts
Administrative Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls as necessary
Greeting visitors
Arrange shipping as needed
Order office supplies
Experience:
Prior use of QuickBooks
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Bookkeeping position
Skills:
Great at multi-tasking
Effective communication and time-management
Excellent organizational skills
