HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a FT Customer Service Help Desk Associate who is able to manage multiple tasks, thrives on challenge and possesses a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones to help Homeowners make payments, check for cleared payments, set up auto debit and other related tasks.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Comfortable with navigating on a computer.
Professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.
Safeguard the company and our clients.
