We are seeking highly motivated customer service professionals to join our team and help support our technicians and clients. Our customer service team assists our clients by answering inbound calls to schedule home service appointments, outbound calling to our clients to schedule membership services, and assists in maintaining client records within our CRM.

Effective communication skills

Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
Strong active listening skill and verbal communication
Ability to manage time, and prioritize
Basic computer/ typing skills
