Wholesale client support for a Friendly Natural Cosmetics Company
We are a small friendly e-commerce natural cosmetic company. We are growing and need help with a few areas of the business such as client support and business development. For talented and energetic self-starters demonstrating task excellence there are several avenues for promotion depending on your areas of interest and skills such as sales, marketing, support, and management.
Our current needs are :
Engaging current and prospective clients about our product and brand
Providing excellent support for client questions
Friendly, efficient, and competent in both written and voice correspondence
Supporting communications and client requests for wholesale account orders
Invoicing and billing
Using cloud apps including google drive, google docs, cloud, spreadsheets, gmail, word
Ideal candidates are :
Comfortable with phone handling and calling
Friendly, warm, engaging, and thoughtful personality
Able to learn quickly with accuracy
Exceptionally professional and responsible
Character / Professional reference available
High energy and fast working

Strong basic calculation skills
Strong written and spoken English skills
Able to type and experience using office programs (spreadsheets, web browsers, word)
Experienced using drive, google docs, cloud, spreadsheets, gmail
Must have a degree

This position will be 1099 / contract with a defined trial period. W2 position will be considered after trial period for the right person / fit with our company.
