Pando Little School is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to join our Reggio Emilia inspired preschool. As a Pando CoTeacher, you’ll enjoy exceptional teacher-to-child ratios, supportive administration, competitive pay, and friendly, professional colleagues.
From September 2020 through May 2021, you'll provide maternity leave coverage alongside one of our experienced teachers in our 3 to 6-year-old classroom. Though this is a temporary position, we are excited to welcome you into our community!
The hours of this part time position are 8:00-1:30, M-F, plus 3 hours of weekly paid collaborative planning time in the evening. Our small program serves children ages 2 to 6, and all classroom teachers qualify for a 50% tuition discount. Starting pay is competitive.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field applicable to early childhood.
3 or more years of classroom/teaching/caregiving experience.
Prior experience working on a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills in person and in writing.
Creative problem solver.
Open to new experiences and perspectives.
