Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing (SFSR) is a fast-growing, mid-sized roofing and stucco company that has been providing high-end residential and commercial construction services in Northern New Mexico since 1990. We are currently seeking a hardworking, experienced and principled Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will supervise and manage our Project Managers, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget, and that our company maintains the quality standards and job site safety record that our clients have come to expect.
We are looking for candidates with the following knowledge and experience:
A minimum of 5 years of residential and/or commercial roofing experience (stucco knowledge a plus)
A minimum of 1 year of experience supervising others
Comprehensive knowledge of construction guidelines and best practices
Be familiar with and have a deep understanding of roofing materials and all application processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project managers simultaneously and track outcomes
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and to working collaboratively
Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a high level of focus and follow-through
Strong computer skills
Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus
Duties/Activities:
Establish and document logistics for each project
Manage project budgets
Conduct pre-construction safety planning
Ensure work meets building codes and manufacturers specifications
Submit daily field reports to the CEO of the Company
Other duties as assigned
