MSI International has partnered with a premier Aerospace Industry Provider in their search for a Systems Automation Engineer. This position will be a full-time position working a 9/80 schedule (having every other Friday off). This position will provide manufacturing systems automation and technology support for our client, and all other entities involved.
The ideal candidate must be focused on the latest Cyber Security requirements and be working towards NIST 800-171 Rev 2.

• Work with SMEs to understand and apply key process requirements to automated solution.
• Design and implement secure methods of transferring machine data to proper locations (SQL, SCADA, Historian, etc.)
• Design, test, implement, and maintain HMI's across a wide variety of machine types and processes.
• Design and implement a reusable schema for Tag management.
• Travel as required.
• Write jobs using various scripting languages, mentor and train staff, and write process and procedural documentation.

• BS/BA Degree in related field.
• 4+ years related experience (Combination of education and exerience equivalent will be considered).
• Sensor Enablement, SCADA, HMI, Historian, OPC, PLC, Automation Software, SQL.
• Wide range of knowledge of PLC's.
• Basic working knowledge of networking (IP addresses, subnet masking, port forwarding, etc.).
