Based in Albuquerque, we have developed an industry-leading restaurant POS system application for the iPad. Our product is the first POS system available for the iPad in the App Store. The application is used by thousands of restaurants in over 80 countries around the world.
What You Will Be Doing
- Direct all aspects of software engineering across multiple development teams/locations.
- Develop policies and processes to solidify a fast-moving, predictable delivery schedule using multiple software life cycle methodologies (Agile Development and SCRUM Processes).
- Ensure application design solutions manage/maintain data security and integrity.
- Manage all software engineering schedules, budget and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Participate in architecture, modeling, and design meetings with development team leads.
- Manage joint development with 3rd party vendors as well as outsourced development.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and customers regarding requirements, timelines and objectives.
What You Need for this Position
12+ years experience with:
- Software Development (specifically managing Secure SDLC practices)
8+ years experience with:
- Leading high-performance development teams
Experience with:
- Test-Driven Development, Test Automation, Manual Testing
- Agile Development/Scrum Processes
- AWS
- Azure
- GCloud
- LAMP/MERN
- Mobile Apps
