We have an immediate need for an EUC Admin/Lead position at Albuquerque (New Mexico).
The ideal person must have SCCM Administration, Application Package Deployment through SCCM, CrowdStrike, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Software Licensing requirements.
As a EUC Lead, should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management, manage Service delivery and operations for EUC, Service Desk, Deskside Support, Desktop Engineering and Remote Desktop teams, ensure quick resolution during crisis and compliance tracking for all contractual items, responsible for Vendor Management and people management, drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management, conduct periodic reviews with teams; work with offshore and onsite teams to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
