The Project Manager must follow designated installation procedures and safety guidelines established for work areas. This position is required Supervise and installation resources (contractors and employees). 80% Travel (OR, AZ, and NM)
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee all installation resources (contractors and employees)
  • Manage selection, orientation, training, evaluation, and task assignment of personnel
  • Responsible for managing project cost and reporting project costs to executive management team
  • Communicate and report the project status both to the customer and internal DCAAC functions
  • Maintain and initiate direct contact with customers through daily and weekly on-site meetings to assure customer satisfactions
  • Coordinate materials and parts delivered to the site
  • Participate actively in site safety and compliant with safety protocol
  • Create, implement, and monitor all manpower shift/backfill planning to compliant with installation contracts and Scope of Work requirements
  • Assist Engineering Dept. in the development of necessary installation jigs and methods
  • Follow all safety and protocol guidelines and report unsafe conditions
Qualifications
  • Management, Semiconductor, coordination, safety, installation jigs and methods skills.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical operation, Hex to decimal, binary to decimal conversion
  • Electrical Computer System, Robotics, Lock out / Tag out,
  • Drawing reading and understanding OSHA Safety processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage project team, budgets, and schedule
  • Must be flexible and adaptive to the changes
  • Must be able to identify problems and produce solutions
  • Must be able to work under pressure of customer and complete tasks under tight time frame
  • Must be able to work overtime, some weekends
  • Required to follow and understand work rules, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Required to travel as often needed (Domestic and International) 80% Travel (OR, AZ, and NM)
  • Must always conform to customer s safety and cleanliness policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment
