Ensures the quality of the deliverables associated with the tasks outlined to ensure all required performance standards are met.Responsibilities

Development of IT and Program related documentation, reports, and manuals.

Reviewing, editing, and drafting of deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

Inspection and evaluation of the quality of products provided to the customer.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of equivalent experience

4+ years of relevant experience

Background check required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience with Microsoft Office products, and capable of performing editing and other document correction activities.

Must have the ability to inspect and evaluate the quality of products, and knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Basic familiarization of IT project management processes including, but not limited to; SDLC required documents and templates, FEA, CPIC, Risk Management, and IT Security management documents.

Basic familiarization with federal IT management laws, regulations, and processes including, but not limited to the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, Title III of the E-Government Act of 2002, and the FISMA.

Ability to meet schedule, and performance requirements for assigned tasks. Must have excellent organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.

Ability to work well individually or in a group setting.

Ability to interact with co-workers to develop a team environment.

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
