Dishwasher

The primary responsibility of a dishwasher is to ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all back of house kitchen. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots and pans.

Cleans up all trash in kitchens and/or assigned areas.

Polishes silverware.

Ensure assigned kitchen is prepared to meet anticipated level of business for the day.

Must demonstrate knowledge of proper chemical storage.

Provides proper support to other departments involved in overall kitchen success.

Consistently meet required sanitation standards.

Accomplish daily cleaning duties in an efficient and proper manner.

Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.

Performs additional duties as directed by management.

Line Cook

The primary responsibility of the Line Cook is basic food preparation, cooking and storing to assist other culinary team members in preparation for service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Responsible for cooking duties in assigned outlet.

Must follow all menus as directed by Chef or Sous Chef.

Must demonstrate knowledge of basic cooking and knife skills.

Able to safely handle kitchen tools and equipment and follow sanitation guidelines.

Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.

Performs additional duties as directed by management.

Prep Cook

The primary responsibility of the Cook II is basic food preparation, cooking and storing to assist other culinary team members in preparation for service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Organizes the service line for safety and efficiency.

Ensures the station is fully stocked and notifies the supervisor of any missing items for service.

Assists other cooks during peak periods.

Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Practices FIFO (First In, First Out) by correctly labeling all products.

Performs any other related duties as assigned.
