Salt and Board is a scratch based kitchen and wine centric restaurant located across from UNM in the Brick Light District. We specialize in serving charcuterie and cheese boards, gourmet toasts and pressed sandwiches as well as weekend brunch options.

- High attention to detail cooking and plating and managing those that cook and plate under you.

- Emphasis on charcuterie and cheese boards, gourmet toasts and pressed sandwiches.

- Kitchen is very unique challenge, unique in equipment and size. Great opportunity if you're up for the challenge.

- Sous vide, panini press, curing, pickling, jam making, egg poaching etc

- Candidate will be a 'foodie' type person with high attention to detail and a refined palate

- Kitchen style must be finesseful and at the same time quick and efficient

- Passion for excellent execution and presentation.

- Ability to lead by example in every area of the kitchen

- Strong focus on kitchen structure, cleanliness, precision efficiency

- Leadership and ability to maintain a hierarchy in the kitchen
