Position: Part-Time Dishwasher / Prep Cook
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Schedule: Evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to close), plus weekend coverage (Saturday or Sunday night)
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
Maintain a clean and organized dish area and kitchen workspace
Assist with basic food prep (chopping vegetables, portioning sauces, etc.)
Take out trash and assist with end-of-day kitchen cleanup
Work as part of a team to support cooks and servers during busy dinner service
Requirements:
Must be dependable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
Previous kitchen experience a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
