Job Requirements: Experienced caregiver with a minimum of 5 years experience. Provides care and services in a caring, respectful, safe and efficient manner. Arrives on time for work and is ready to perform assigned tasks. Must be able to transfer and perform all duties involved with ADL's, light cooking with meals and snacks. Meets facility hygiene and appearance standards, wearing professional scrubs and close toed shoes. Prioritizes and completes work assignments within reasonable and agreed upon time frames. Meets requirements for in-service training and state and federal requirements. Maintains safe work practices and follow facility safety and infection control policies. Prefers med certification individuals. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed and no personal calls or texts or playing games while on the job.
