Job Description
The Clinical Staffing Coordinator will work under the CEO of Clinical Operations and in conjunction with BCI's Care Coordination, Human Resources and Training Departments to ensure optimization of client and staff schedules.
Essential Duties Include the Following:
Work closely with the Care Coordination Department Leadership to ensure clients and families are paired with qualified staff as quickly and efficiently as possible
Work closely with the Human Resources, Recruitment and Training Departments to ensure that RBT Interns are hired and paired with clinical assignments as quickly and efficiently as possible
Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff scheduling related matters
Negotiate temporary travel assignments and general schedule changes with BCI employees
Attend weekly Care Coordination meetings online
Qualifications
Must be available to work a consistent schedule of 20 hours per week
Must be comfortable with a high volume of telephone work
Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Must be comfortable using a variety of technology
Must have a strong orientation to customer service
