Speech and Language clinic that has been serving all ages within the greater Albuquerque area since 1985. We are looking to expand our wonderful friendly team and are offering an exciting employment opportunity for an Office Manager with EXPERIENCE.

The duties and expectations include establishing and maintaining

• insurance credentialing for our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

• SLP compliance with insurance and the Developmental Disabilities Waiver state program

• employee contracts for new and existing employees

• training's for new employees on office protocols

• contact with our IT team

• marketing within the community

• coordination of potential SLP interns

• office systems and protocols

• coordination between SLPs and Administrative staff

All applicants must be detail oriented, outgoing, have the ability to show initiative, and be a self-starter. Approximately 10 - 20 hours a week. Flexible schedule.
