We are seeking Community Support Workers to provide community-based support to individuals by assisting with daily living skills, personal goals, and community involvement. This role focuses on helping clients build independence, confidence, and life skills in real-world settings.
Examples of Support May Include:
- Practicing communication and social skills in real-life settings
- Assisting with goal setting and follow-through
- Supporting organization, time management, and routines
- Encouraging community involvement and positive activities
- Helping clients develop coping strategies and problem-solving skills
Hours:
- Part-time and Full-time hours available
- You make your own schedule
Job Duties Include:
- Supporting clients in the community and at approved locations
- Assisting with daily living skills and goal development
- Encouraging independence and positive community engagement
- Completing required documentation and reports
Requirements:
- NM CCSS certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle required (must be able to drive to clients)
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications:
- Experience in community support or related fields preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
