We desperately need more help! Rio Grande Staffing is looking for nurses and nursing assistants to cover the busy season at long term care, memory care and rehabilitation facilities across central New Mexico.
We are not an App, we are a local and established nursing agency that has been taking care of our clients and nurses for a dozen years. One of the reasons we are so busy this year is because many facilities are discontinuing using certain nursing apps because they are problematic for everyone. We are proud of our nurses and will advocate for you to get you the most shifts and the highest wage possible.
We have 8, 12 and 16 hour PRN shifts in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. We have days and nights and weekdays and weekends, you can build your schedule however you like and can work as often or as infrequently as you please. As a 1099 contractor, you are your own boss.
Our rates depend on the facility you go to but we max you out from day one, this is a great opportunity for new nurses to max out earning potential.
RN rates range from $40-$50 hourly.
LPN rates range from $35-$43+hourly
CNA rates range from $20-$27+ hourly
We offer holiday pay and rate increases for important shifts! We pay weekly and offer great referral bonuses.
We require you to have an active license, reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug and background test.
