Program Manager, Grants Pass

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation: $4,709-$6,861 monthly DOE

Benefits: 2.4 weeks paid time-off, 1 week of paid sick-time the first year of employment, 6 paid holidays per year, health, vision and dental insurance, 401k with up to 6% employer contribution. Agency is qualified for federal student aid public service loan forgiveness program.

About this position:

The Program Manager will oversee the day to day functions of New Beginnings, a psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTS) for at-risk youth/young adults. Provide Case Management for all the youth within the program. Provide clinical oversight and fulfill Therapist duties as needed. Serve as a community liaison between the program/agency and community partners.

Successful candidates will have:

Masters degree in education, social work, psychology, sociology, Registered Nurse (Baccalaureate) or related behavioral health field. Three years broad level personnel management responsibilities. Ability to manage system of care for multiple service delivery mechanism. Three years experience in psychiatric or group care settings with youth and families and demonstrated supervisory abilities.

Preferred LPC, LCSW, LMFT or ability to become licensed. Supervisory experience preferred.
