The Support Coordinator works under the general supervision of the Administrator. The primary emphasis of this role is on providing administrative support to ensure a high standard of excellence and client satisfaction. This position is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of services in Valencia County, NE Albuquerque Foothills and the East mountains. The position is based in the Los Lunas office.

Responsibilities

Assists managers with scheduling, file management, staff communication, quality improvement programs and day to day operations.

Scheduling caregivers for shifts and claiming completed shifts.

Manage Comfort Keepers employee recognition program.

Assists with billing and collections.

Provide office support by answering phones, ordering supplies, faxing, emailing, spreadsheet maintenance, special projects and day to day operations.

Providing caregiving services as a backup caregiver when needed.

Takes service inquiry calls and represents Comfort Keepers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Takes part in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.

Caregiving Experience of at least 6 months.

At least 1 year of admin/office related experience and/or training.

Knowledge of the senior care industry is preferred.

Proficiency in word processing and computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel)

Ability to perform basic math functions.

Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance.

Able to pass a background screening, including a clean driving record, and a drug screening.
