I am looking to lease a large enclosed barn space in North Valley in exchange for tree and weed removal. I am open to negotiate for a fair price but would prefer to find a tenant who wants the space in exchange for tree removal. I do not expect the work to be done immediatelyit can be done over several months in exchange for 2 years of use of the barn space. There is a lot of space on the property for additional storage or whatever your needs might be for parking, etc.
