Who we are: Soilutions, New Mexico's biggest private compost company. We're all about keeping organic waste out of landfills and making good compost, soil, and mulch.
What you'd do: Keep the property tidy (cleaning, weeding, watering) and help bag up products.
The hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The pay: $14.00 an hour.
Main tasks:
Clean up the yard, especially around the food processing equipment.
Water the products.
Learn the bagging process and help meet inventory goals.
Be a positive team player.
Whatever else comes up!
Future possibilities (after 3 months):
You may get to learn how to use the Kubota tractor for loading!
Must-haves:
Be able to lift 50 pounds a bunch of times.
Be cool with working outside 100% of the time, no matter the weather.
Be able to stand for long periods in hot or cold conditions.
