Must be able to criminal background check. Duties include:
Ensures facility meets all life safety requirements
Provides effective and timely building and fire life safely training for all employees
managing lawn services
keeping sidewalks clean, swept and clear of obstructions
performing maintenance tasks for residents
ensuring proper removal of trash
refurbishing living units for the next occupants (paint, repair holes in walls, etc.)
repairing or replacing broken light fixtures, bulbs and ceiling tile
assisting with setup and cleanup for special events
matching paint specifications for re-painting
maintaining all mechanical equipment per preventative maintenance program
maintaining and log facility key system
maintaining MSDS manuals
changing filters in air conditioning units
Coordinates property suppliers
Performs resident appliance/electrical inspection
Performs move-in, move-out inspection
Performs property inspections on monthly basis
Takes weekly water meter readings
Responds to after-hours emergency calls from facility
Maintain logs on machinery
Supervises the housekeeping staff
