Job:Our client has an immediate need for three (3) contract personnel, with an opportunity for permanent employment.ÂHourly Rate: $15
Shift: Will work an eight (8) hour shift (1st 8 am 4 pm), dependent on throughput capacity.
Must pass drug testing.ÂBackground Investigation required, with no felonies or outstanding warrants.
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will work with electronics analysts and engineers in an electronics testÂlaboratory and aidÂmicroscopy test measurements and product analyses.
This position is expected to perform the analytical tasks to identify and resolve anomalies with electronic component construction. They will perform and manage routine operations. Ensure continued industry compliance, lab tidiness, and safety.
Computer data inputÂ
Hands-on working style with the desire and ability to work in a lab.
Excellent manual dexterity for handling, dissection, and manipulations of small (i.e. 1mm) samples for analysis.
In-depth understanding of acoustic/audio analysis and test methods involving the use of measurement microphones
Self-motivated and directed with the ability to champion and prioritize multiple projects on aggressive timelines
Strong mechanical aptitudeÂ
Excellent interpersonal, technical communication and influencing skills
Play a key role in operating critical laboratory equipmentÂ
Assist Engineers and technicians on projects for product improvement, customer troubleshooting, and process optimization including collecting, analyzing and plotting data.
Make suggestions to management for improving this position or improving work processes.
Work safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures. Identify unsafe conditions or actions to my supervisor.
Work the scheduled shift and have flexibility to meet business needs
Database input on all work is mandatory and essential. Detailed report writing is not required. Tasks executed using internal worksheets to meet cost and schedule. Regular status and problems are to be reported to the engineers.

Desirable Skills:
Familiar with materials, construction and specifications involving high reliability components, understanding of acoustic microscopy principles and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, and x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF).
Visual inspection
Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (CSAM)
1-2 years experience in semiconductor industry, component-level analytical lab, or trade school
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Have strong technical aptitude as shown by lab experience
Be a hands-on person with ability to work with production equipment
Ability to demonstrate and deliver quality and timely results
Self-motivated, proactive and able to multi-task.
